It is a more cooperative approach to problem solving and conflict management which tries to create a Win-Win Situation for both th e parties, unlike the Traditional approach, instead of bringing out a winner and swelled out decision in favors of one side. Evolution of Integrated Conflict Management SystemTraditionally organizations have been following Power Based or Right Based Process for conflict resolution and hence have been more close systems. However in present era when organizations are becoming more organic and open the implementation of Interest based or ADR4 techniques or methods for conflict management are becoming the prudent choice. Interest based or ADR methods instead of finding out a winner or giving out decision in favor of one party concentrates to establish a Win-Win situation for both the parties involved and thus seeks to establish a harmonious mutually beneficial conflict resolution.
